If you prefer to pick up the physical gift card at the restaurant, simply indicate the day and time for pick-up. We do not offer delivery of the gift cards; delivery is only available via email.

TERMS OF USE

• Gift cards cannot be combined.
• Recipients of the Gift Card must use it after booking.
• The amount can be spent in a single solution or partially.
• The amount (total or partial) is valid for 12 months from the issue date shown on the Gift Card or Voucher. After the expiration date, it can no longer be used and will not give the right to any refund of the remaining credit.
  If you wish to use the card during the Christmas period (from November to January) we recommend booking during the month of June to avoid overbooking.
• To use the card on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) we recommend booking a few weeks in advance, or in any case well in advance.
• If the balance available on the Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the amount requested for the entire consumption, the difference can be paid according to the payment methods accepted by the Restaurant.
• Failure to present the email confirming the purchase of the Gift Card at the time of payment will not allow the use of the prepaid credit contained therein.
• The Gift Card cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced. No responsibility can be attributed to the Restaurant for improper or fraudulent use. The Restaurant reserves the right to verify the validity of the confirmation emails of the gift cards presented and to reject those that are found to be counterfeit or otherwise manipulated.
